JP Concerts presents the third performance of the Inter-NEC Collective, featuring Anthony Coleman's Chamber Music and a New England Conservatory student ensemble. The Inter-NEC Collective is comprised of a group of students from NEC who are dedicated to Inter-Departmental collaborations. Our goal is to present performances where students from NEC's many different programs of study come together to contribute to the same works, producing sounds that blur the line between departments, and musical styles. JP Concerts tickets are $10 general admission at the door, $5 for students.

Future concerts in this series are on March 6, with music from NEC student composers on words from children's authors including E.B White, Roald Dahl, Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, and others; March 11, with Ambient Drones, Modern Classical, & Experimental featuring Set 1- Ben Stepner and Friends (25mins) and Set 2 - String Quartet and the Nick Morrison Trio; and March 18, when NEC's Liberal Arts Department presents a multimedia work featuring a collaboration between student composers Caroline Park and Nell Shaw-Cohen with the classes of Patrick Keppel and Ruth Lepson.
